Q: Do i need an account ?

A: No, Simply choose your items, add to the basket and checkout with PayPal. (Make sure you have your correct delivery info selected)

Q: Do you post to other countries ?

A: No, Sorry.

Q: When will my item be shipped?

A: All items are dispatched Same working day if purchased before 3pm. 

 

Q: Is there any postage costs ? 

A: No, All items include free 2nd class postage By Royal Mail. You can upgrade to Tracked 24

Q: My item has not arrived yet ?

A: Royal mail 2nd class aims to deliver within 2 - 4 working day's although this is not guaranteed, please allow upto 7 working days before contacting us if your shipment has not arrived after this time.

 

Q: Will my package be posted discreetly ?

A: Yes, we send out all items in discreet packing, depending on size it will be a brown padded envelope or plain brown box.

All Stock have long use by dates and are CE marked making them safe for human and animal use.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or sent in error

Before returning any items, you must contact us for return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a faulty item, please contact us immediately at medisuppliesdirect@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Where possible, please include clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • Please do not return any item before contacting us

  • If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a refund or replacement

  • If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing delivery, so it is returned to us automatically
